SHEAWOMAN'S GUIDE TO A RELAXING BATH.
Taking your time to relax to reduce stress will make you feel good about yourself. A warm bath can relax tensed nerves while it improves your health! Not sure how to get started? Here's our steps to a relaxing bath... 1. You will need at least 1 hour. Surely you can find 1 hour a week to pamper yourself.2. Collect together some of your fluffy towels, something to wear when you get out of the bath, and some of your favorite music to play.3. Gather up your bathing luxuries - bath bombs, bath oils, bubble baths, bath salts and bath milks, and arrange some candles in the bathroom for a soft relaxing light and a nice comfortable glow. 4. Now, take a quick, warm shower. Use a Loofah to exfoliate and a wonderfully scented bar of our soap. Remember, the shower is for cleansing, the bath is for relaxing.5. When you've finished your shower, start your bath water, adding your bubble bath, oil, salts, milk or bomb. The water temperature should be comfortable - not too hot. While the tub fills, grab your oil, and rub a thin layer all over your body. Start your music and light your candles.6. Once filled, position your pillow (a pillow is a must have!) on the tub, and slowly slip into the waiting water. Lay back, and Relax! Soak until your heart's content.7. When your bath is finished, dab yourself dry, rub shea body butter all over, slip into your jammies and climb into the bed. You WILL sleep like a baby! Guaranteed! No excuses - You can do this!
